Delivery Policy and Terms

Beaded Creations delivers countrywide in South Africa. Our preferred courier services are "THE COURIER GUY" and "PUDO"

We charge a "Flat Rate" of R130.00 for ALL "COURIER GUY" Door To Door parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location, and R70.00 for ALL "PUDO" Locker To Locker parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location.

We do not offer any collection services from our premises for any reason whatsoever as this poses a serious security risk to our stock, staff and premises.

While Beaded Creations endeavors at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules please allow 2 to 3 "Business Days" for your order to be processed.  Parcels will then be shipped out, and depending on your location, delivery will take anywhere between another 2 to 4 "Business Days" (Excluding weekends & public holidays). During promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders. During such promotions and promotional events, processing and delivery of goods shall be 7 to 12 "Business Days" from date of confirmation of order but may be delivered before such time.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERIES DO NOT TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.

Delivery is subject to a confirmed proof of payment of an order, and Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any costs, charges or expenses arising from external factors beyond Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd control including but not limited to transporters, deliverers, political conflicts, acts of God, force majeure, theft,  hijacking or unforeseen road accidents of third party delivery vehicles, resulting in the loss or damage to parcels or late deliveries.  Risk on delivery shall pass to the consumer upon handing the parcel over to our delivery company.

No deliveries shall be made to P.O Boxes or LOT No’s or outlying areas which are not accessible by delivery companies.

The onus remains with the consumer to ensure that an accessible physical address is provided.

The consumer has a duty to ensure that the goods are inspected upon delivery, and to notify Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd in writing within 24 hours of any defects, damages or incorrectly supplied goods.

Should the item be damaged, the item needs to be received by Beaded Creations within (7 calendar days) in its original packaging, and upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item a final decision will be made by Beaded Creations to offer either a replacement or store credit for the total cost of the item minus shipping costs and communicated to the consumer accordingly in writing. 

Charges shall be detailed with each individual order and may differ based on the size, type and quantity of goods ordered by the Consumer or Retailer.

The user or consumer agrees and accepts that should the he/she change the order, delivery address or specifications after an order has been dispatched, then there shall be delays with the date and time of delivery based on logistical considerations.  

Any request to change an order that has been placed must be done via email and this will result in a 24-48-hour delay.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Beaded Creations offers delivery within South Africa for orders to the value of any amount.

All prices quoted excludes any additional charges that may be applicable, for which the responsibility will fall onto the buyer to settle.

DELIVERY: Promotions and Special Sale Events

While Beaded Creations endeavors at all times to adhere to previously stated delivery times and schedules, during promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders.

Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.

Where stock is sold out due to the above factors, Beaded Creations shall endeavor to assist customers by offering similar goods or products or store credit in lieu of such shortages.
